My stay at the Kukun Edition El Angel in Mexico City was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very friendly and always happy to assist. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. I will definitely be back and plan to look for this chain whenever I’m traveling.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The area around the hotel is beautiful, full of charm. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Alejandro & Ramón, who went above and beyond with my luggage and made check-in seamless. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and brand new. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in a fantastic location.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and in a perfect location. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were to my mom. She wasn’t able to use the lobby stairs, so the staff kindly opened the ramp for her whenever we needed to enter or exit, which made a huge difference for us. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No tiene estacionamiento y es difícil encontrar estacionamiento y si encuentras es en la calle y tienes que pagar parquímetro o el estacionamiento de aún lado pero es de paga en todo lo demás estuvo bien y la regadera sale fría y caliente nunca está regulada

Muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones están limpias y bien cuidadas. Es un mini departamento con el calentador de agua propio y, en mi caso. estaba desconectado así que el primer día no pude bañarme con agua caliente porque, aunque fueron a conectarlo, tardaba en calentar y yo debía salir. En mi habitación había muchísimos mosquitos. En una noche maté 11 y no terminaban por lo que es un punto para mejorar.

La verdad nos gustó muchísimo quedarnos en este depa. La ubicación está buenísima, todo te queda cerca y la zona se siente súper cómoda para moverte. El depa estaba muy bonito, limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. El check-in fue fácil y las áreas comunes como el gym y coworking le dan un plus. Definitivamente sí volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.
