"The room was clean and tidy. The shower was not working at first then I asked Omar for support and he came to the room and pull the nub out. The shower now work."

"Excellent staff in reception, the hotel is spotless and the local eateries are within walking distance. Also plenty of parking in and around the hotel. "

"When we checked in, we paid for three days of parking at £5 per day. The reception said their printer wasn’t working so they couldn’t give us a receipt. Then when we went to register the car plate, we were told that we didn’t need to enter the registration number. However, now I have received a parking fine notice."

"Nice staff and very understanding. However, some rooms need to be fixed. The noise during the day is painful. The breakfast is also a bit expensive, especially for someone who doesn't eat much during breakfast. Overall, it was a nice time (7/10)"

"Was shocked how much I paid for the room and had no water or robes to walk to and from the spa. However found the bed and pillows too firm but gorgeous living room and bedroom and his and hers sinks in the bathroom with also choice or bath or shower. Over all had lovely stay!"

"I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff. The house keeping lady was so nice. I was totally amazed. Definitely will return and of course happy to recommend others. "

"We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and all freshly cooked. Our room was spacious, and very close to the spa, late afternoon swims and relaxing in the sauna and steam room was a luxury. We ate each evening in the dining room lots of choice, staff were very attentive and food was delicious. "

"Negatives: Housekeeping entered the room when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. They also knocked the door on the last day at 11.15am and said we should've already left but we had arranged for a late checkout. We were only there for 4 nights so to have this happen on 2 occasions wasn't great. The reception staff didn't always greet/acknowledge the guests as they passed. The teabags are awful, bring your own! Breakfast was the same every morning. It would've been nice to mix it up a bit. Positives: One of the reception staff was excellent when we were checking in (Colin). He was extremely helpful and friendly, even when we requested to change rooms. The room was lovely and clean. Surprisingly very little noise from the planes and it was interesting to watch them and the nearby Dart from our window. We would definitely stay again. The rooms were good, breakfast is included. Parking is extra (£12 per day). It was very central for all the things we wanted to do and see."
