"Bedroom wax beautiful with good air conditioning. Only issue unable to o relax in room when needed to as tv only had news channels in English, only do much news you can hear especially when it is on a loop."

She went beyond expectations. The breakfasts were quite good, especially fresh fruit and bread. The accommodations were the only thing lacking. The room was extremely small, not enough room to open your luggage, and the shower stall barely open far enough to fit in and only trickled water from shower. For the price, I would expect more, but as a whole we were satisfied. "

"Hotel Abbazia was a gem—super conveniently located to public transportation (railway station and Piazzale Roma) and the Grand Canal but set back on a quiet side street. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was great—comfortable bed, effective AC, reasonably priced."

"This place is amazing. The location is truly everything. You are right next to the Rialto bridge with beautiful views from our room of the Grand Canal. The staff was extremely helpful, always willingly providing recommendations and helping with luggage. Breakfast included eggs, not just croissants and the seating was right on the sidewalk by the water. St. Marks Basilica and Doge Palace were only a 10 minute walk through the Venetian streets where you can do some shopping along the way and get a little lost. The air conditioning was perfect and we left the windows open at night for the cool breeze. The terrace was a great nightly option, bring your drink and snack just relax and watch the hustle and bustle below. Highly recommend this place. "
