"Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help "

"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. "Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Vanessa and team were very responsive to our needs even prior to our stay. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. I know this is common in Europe but it seems like a lot of hotels are getting away from this type of shower configuration and setting up fully enclosed shower stalls. ...

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"We had a beautiful stay at camping Internazionale. The pool was wonderful and the house and camping were great. Too bad the swimming pool opened only at 10 a.m. and closed already at 7 p.m. Animation team was great!"

"What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date. But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos. "
