"The Hotel was in the best location close to everything. Gondolas outside the hotel St Marc’s square 2 min walk from the Hotel excellent location. The breakfast very good choice the room was very nice could have been a little cooler the air on not cold enough? The view was great on 4th floor would highly recommend this Hotel."

"The staff were super responsive by messaging prior to arrival and in person once at the hotel. This is a great location with water access and walking distance to many things. The hotel has a great outdoor area and nice layout for breakfast. Very pleased with everything about our stay!"

"Wonderful Service. A large busy hotel but feels intimate as the staff are always at hand and helpful with a smile. Really enjoyed the sky bar and pool experience. Using the hotel shuttle was convenient and easy. Will definitely be staying again. Loved my stay . I had 2 rooms for 5 of us in the family. The stars of the show were the staff - service at its best. They are a credit to Venice and to Hilton !"

"Fantastic location in Venice Murano away from crazy main island. Water bus is right in front of the hotel. So convenient to go out and come back. Hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Hidden gem in Venice area! Highly recommend to everyone who visits Venice."

"The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport."
