"The property was beautiful but the breakfast was severely lacking. Lisa who was the first person I met was really nice and gave me a warm welcome and informed me about places I could go with my dog. I came too early to check in and was not able to get to my room until after 4 o’clock, but Lisa was kind enough to pre-check me in and get me all set up . The Second Lady who name I did not get was not very friendly and it felt like I was bothering her. As someone who works in hospitality specifically front desk this is not typical behavior that I would expect from a hotel, such as this one. When I informed her that I was already pre-checked in and was just returning to get my keys. She asked me questions such as my last name and my telephone number, but not once did she ever asked to see my ID to confirm that I was the individual that booked the reservation. I asked her questions about places I can go to that we’re close by and she seemed very annoyed by my question she briefly told me where my room was and went back to doing whatever it was she was already participating in prior to me approaching. The hotel is beautiful, the room was amazing, but the lack of customer service that I received at the time of Check-in from the second person left a sour taste."

"Pet friendly. Clean but old carpet in hallways and rooms. Beds to soft for me. Fridge and microwave in room. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Awesome and helpful staff. Room stayed a bit stuffy even with windows open but hotel provided a fan in the room."

"Good central location hotel. Clean room, lot of upgrades were made, shower was nice and had comfortable bed. My only problem was No Milk or Half & Half down at the lobby by the coffee machine. Most small hotels/motels provide a little breakfast to start the day but this hotel does not. The lease you can do is buy 2-3 gallons of milk for $20 for your guest to enjoy a good cup of coffee and not use this horrible powder."

"for the price we paid at other motels while we up here working this is absolutely the greatest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. I will definitely come back here. If I have to work this will be my hotel. I will recommend and reserve."
