Great coffee and’s food with in a block and right by an entrance to the lagoon. Also really loved the hotels very sweet furballs!"

"What wonderful and pleasant location. Directly on the Lagoon and right next to Cenote Esmeralda. Restaurant serves excellent food and tasty drinks. Our room was wonderful. It was cleaned daily and turn down service was included. The staff greets you with genuine hospitality and are extremely helpful. The Centro (town) is only 1.6 miles away. "
"Very beautiful. Staff doesnt speak much english but were very kind and helpful to me as i speak broken english being from newfoundland and i dont speak a lick of spanish. A1 front desk staff. This is essentially a really nice hostel with shared facilities and amazing view so keep that in mind. We took a boat trip with John and he was AMAZING. Very nice knowledgeable man. And made our trip very special "
"Beautiful pool and gardens, gorgeous rooms with stunning white wash floors and concrete glaze flooring. Lovely room decor. Netflix. Extra bed in room for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 10).
Also, amazing location to walk into town too! 5 minutes from the main plaza. it is next to a fabulous breakfast place (2 mins walk) - Ixchel Bacalar
Downside - Coffee machine in room but no pods and poor WiFi connectivity. "
