"Loved: facilities, staff, food fantastic. Spa wonderful but some minor repairs required. Nothing to detract from our stay. Enjoyed tasting menu with wine flight and also James Martin’s restaurant. All in all a great stay, would definitely like to return"

"The staff were amazing, the two ladies on the evening bar shift were really attentive and showed me to the room. Period property showing character and age but shaded and cool in this hot weather. Lovely refitted shower room and good blackout curtains for a peaceful nights rest."
