"Great"

"Everything was clean and nice. The staff was extremely helpful and made out hotel transfer super easy. I wish we had stayed at PH for our whole trip. The biggest down side is how far away the parking garage is from the hotel lobby. You have to take all of your luggage thought the Mirical Mile Shops, but they have 2 casino entrances. One entrance is next to the doors that lead to Las Vegas Blvd, and then other is next to 50 Cents's candy shop bar."

"It smelled really horrible walking in the resort tower as well as the front sewage smelled horrible never again was scared to eat anything"

"The fan in bathroom needs to be stronger. The condensation from the shower made the floor slippery. Also, not having a door on the shower so water got all over the floor."

"Hotel was clean. Property was clean reeked of cigarette smoke throughout the casino floor and lobby. Door outside of the hotel room was dirty. Should have been cleaned after cleaning the room."
