Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant I ate at was reasonable and very good. The price was excellent, I would highly recommend it.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was large and very clean. It was well priced for the size and cleanliness. We were pleased. The beds were very comfortable. They charge a "resort fee" . I never understood the purpose; just make it part of the room charge. It must be an accountant thing.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Rainbow Hotel. The location is excellent, right off Interstate 80, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and we slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when passing through West Wendover.

This might be my current favorite Peppermill property. It was quiet, all the staff were super nice, and the room was nice with a comfy bed and excellent shower (all Peppermills have excellent showers). Aside from Peppermill's $400 Tuscany Tower suite in Reno, the Rainbow has my favorite bed out of all the company's properties. Had a very late dinner at the restaurant, which was also my favorite of all the Peppermill diners aside from the O.G. one on the Vegas strip, with notably better-prepared food than either Reno location, and a really chill staff.

We like the resort; however, I thought I was fully paid upon arrival, and there was still the resort fee. There was also no water in the shower, so we were unable to take a bath or shower. The staff was nice, we enjoyed the restaurants. Check-in was quick.

The restaurant customer service was HORRIBLE! Once we got seated we got forgot about. Dinner wasn't as bad but breakfast service was the some of the worse we've had. The food was on point though!
