"Our room was great, the only issue was our shower was not draining. When showering you would be standing in a couple inches of water."

"Perfect view. Clean room and luxurious. "

"Pathetic staff especially the Front Desk team and its Manager. Property was good but the people managing it are very bad. The room was clean and good the housekeping never visited even once during my 5 day stay despite of informing front desk multiple times. My friend in another room lost his dress and trolly bag. Someone literally robbed it. The front desk was least bothered and behaved in a way that robbery is common in their hotel from locked rooms."

"It needs an urgent update. The room was clean but smelled old. "

"It was an alright stay. The room was cleaned by staff, but they don't appear to deep clean it. Smudges on the door, the light fixtures. The interior of the hotel wasn't as exciting as others on the strip. The pool was shut down for a remodel which was a huge bummer. In the future, we will look into staying at a different hotel in Vegas."
