"I get there and check in is a nightmare. Then I go To my room and it’s dirty. So they switch us and downgrade us. I call Front desk to ask why and she says we should have stayed in the other room. The room with trash everywhere. Then I go Stand in line for the 3rd time and heather helps me and was very kind. There was no hot water from the bath faucet. The cafe Americano served us cold hard fries the mocktail from the bar was $25 just ridiculous."

"everything was clean and well run. cheap snacks and water downstairs in the shops between the casinos. convenient location and a decent food court. across from belagio fountains and room had a great view of the sphere! "
