"Good 3 star hotel, few minutes,walk away from the Cardiff central station and the city centre. We have no complaints about this hotel where we stayed 3 nights. Room regularly cleaned snd nicely air conditioned. Would stay here again if in Cardiff."

"Whilst aircon is not present,A Fan inn the room from the start would have helped.Despite requesting one in the evening no fan was received .The next morning, raised the fan issue again, the desk staff organised, delivered one later. Staff, especially the morning breakfast crew very helpful as usual.Overall the staff are very good."

"Good Overall The staff were all very r helpful. The play area for kids was a great surprise. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was much better then I thought so good surprise again. The only downside is that the changing rooms for the fitness centre definitely needs some TLC. (Broken shower (as in the tap handle has completely fallen off), swimsuit dryer broken etc) but overall I would recommend especially if you are travelling with kids"
