"The whole room was clean. The whole experience was excellent. That's why we've been going there for so many years ! We started to go to Loon Mountain Resort since 2003. My son was 6 months old. He will be 23 years old in December. We started with a room above the check-in office. We have been there, until 2016 in late August. We have been in the condos on the left side many times. We haven't been there because we were going every year since to Europe and Asia as well. We love the experience, that's why we returned !!! Excellent"

"The room was big, and exactly as listed. Good price. Several small issues. Cable box in one room didn’t work. 3 out of 5 soap dispensers didn’t work. Shower in the master suite had a leak and sprayed water all over the bathroom, wetting a large area. Doors and windows missing hardware. We liked the room enough that those things didn’t matter as much as they may seem issues though!"

"We stay here once or twice a year and have been very happy with this property. We bring our grandchildren and there is plenty of room for everyone. The townhouses are clean and neat and in good working order. The staff is friendly and helpful and we enjoy the pools and the game room."

"Convenient location and very nicely decorated space! I was very comfortable traveling alone with my dog at this space. One thing I did not realize upon checking in is that there is no check in desk, it is all online. This was nice! Great grounds for relaxing and pup walks. AC was ice cold and bedding was wonderful. My husbands wants to add that the water pressure (in the shower) was OUTSTANDING!!!! Will stay again;)"

"I loved the building and room. It was a lovely and hearty continental breakfast. I understand that some renovations/construction are occurring so I was unable to sit on the lovely deck, but that is temporary. I was disappointed by their check-in policy. Typically, if I attempt to check in to a lodging early, it is not a problem UNLESS the room is not ready. The check in at Silver Fox is 4 pm. When I arrived at 2 pm, the first clerk reminded me of the official check in time. I was then told that I could check in early for $75 (meaning the room was clearly ready). I felt that $75 for two hours was outrageous. I was then offered a discounted early check in price of $50. The second clerk seemed embarrassed, but hamstrung, by the policy. It was disappointing but I entertained myself for two hours and returned for the official check in time."
