Pleasantly surprised at this room, it is so comfortable and homey! Very clean and welcoming. Staff was very friendly. We were really excited about the outdoor play structures for the kids to burn energy but they are a bit outdated and questionable, still enjoyed by both kids nonetheless! Will definitely be back!

We were hesitant to book a motel but were so pleasantly surprised by our stay. With dietary restrictions, having a stove/oven is necessary and this was one of the only places available in the area. We had a lovely stay and the room was perfect for what we needed. Area was quiet and safe and a great location for equal access to Lincoln and North Conway. There’s not a lot of establishments up in the white mountains so quaint “no frills” inns/motels that are more on the older side like this one seem to be the norm. Very different than motels in more suburban/urban areas- dirty, unsafe, sketchy people- none of that here. We had such a great time hiking among peak fall foliage and will definitely stay here again when returning to the white mountains. Thanks for a great stay!
