Very good hotel

The hotel is situated in a small skiing village. Rooms were very nice and clean. Included most of the amenities, toiletries, iron, tv, radio, AC, desk.

Excellent!

Excellent. Well priced, nice location, I would stay there again in future. An added bonus was free breakfast 7:30am to 9am! I stayed there for the eclipse then traveled up to Saint Johnsbury, VT. White Mountains are well with an easy drive. Plenty of hiking around as well.

A late summer weekend!

This is a very nice cozy hotel. It's in a perfect location for all of the activities that Waterville Valley can offer. They had good common areas where a group of friends/guests could gather. They offered a great varied breakfast though some of the machines (coffee, hot water) were not working the morning we stopped by. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did not stay here. We arrived and there were no cars in the parking lot. We went inside and it was well before check in time but we thought we’d check to see if we could go ahead and check in. It was a hard no. The place was very old and outdated. While we were out having lunch we found a place we liked better and stayed there instead.

In a beautiful, peaceful area only issue is with the upstairs lounge/common area the coffee machine was empty & was mentioned to staff twice in 4 day period was still empty when we left. Told to have hot cocoa or tea!

Its setting is in a beautiful location with surrounding mountains. It has a rustic cabin feel with a welcoming decor. It does feel like a B&B. There are a few areas where you can relax and play games, do puzzles or read. They even have a books available. There was a hot breakfast, but my husband said there were no heated chafing trays to keep things warm.. we didnt eat there. They had limited vending machines with no ginger ale available. There was a large refrigerator in the vending room and a washer and dryer available to use. It was very clean and the staff was very accomodating and friendly.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. It was convenient for the wedding in Waterville valley. But the hotel was very poor. The "double beds" are pretty much twins, and are bolted to the ground on wooden bed frames, so you cannot even move them a bit. There was no fridge in the room. There were 2 chairs, one was broken. The carpet and curtains looked very dirty. Would not recommend

Eco friendliness has been taken too far. If I had known that there would be no towel changes and that we had to go to the desk to ask for toilet tissue and facial tissues as well as the fact that there was no one to greet us on arrival and we had to roam around to find desk assistance twice, I would have made a different choice.
