"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "

"I loved everything about the property. It was like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, nicw and unique decore (vintage record player, radio and coffee press options) And was in a trendy neighborhood where i felt safe as a single female traveler "

"Place was clean and well kept. We rented two units and one of the units only had one key fob and was difficult to open. The neighbor across the hall (probably irritated by the noise of us trying to open the door, no blame of his) opened the door and gave us instructions on opening the door. The door into p3 didn’t work and it was not posted. We saw multiple groups trying to gain access as well and were frustrated. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay."
