"Hotel is beautiful but the rooms need a little update and maintenance. It’s centrally located so transport to Universal City Walk Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure just a boat ride away. Quick ride to Epic as well, so super convenient. Overall I was pleased with our stay. With a little updating of the bathrooms and maybe adding a few amenities like free bottled water for the Kerig and/or a water filling station in the ice machine room, this would be a perfect 5 stars. "

"Horrible experience, I got stole money from my debit card that eas put for deposit, the staff is extremely rude! The manager is SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Do not ever stay there "

"Great choices reminded me of college cafeteria/campus a lot of things to do, great gym and pool options. Honestly there is nothing bad I can say and the staff text me to see if we needed anything taken to our room. It was great, if I had to give one bad thing would only be that I had to pay for parking but they do provide a bus to take you to the parks so that makes up for it since you don’t have to pay attraction parking fees."

"When our room was cleaned they changed out the towels and took trash. Empty paper roll for toilet and dead bugs on floor. Only half cleaned. Not good. Then a dinner reservation was made for Sunday inside and then we find out that restaurant isn't closed on Sunday so eating on the veranda. Staff should have known that when taking reservation. Not impressed. Tom Moreno here"

"Stayed at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and has a nice resort-style atmosphere. The grounds and common areas feel open and relaxing, especially if you’re spending time around the pool or walking through the property. The rooms were comfortable, but they definitely feel a bit outdated, especially with the carpet flooring. A room refresh in the future would make a big difference. The restaurants and food on site were decent and convenient after long days at the parks. One of the best parts of the stay was the water taxi to Universal Orlando Resort. It was easy, enjoyable, and made getting to and from the parks much more convenient. Overall, a solid stay with great transportation access and a relaxing resort feel."
