"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place."

"The facilities were excellent, we enjoyed the attention to detail. We were impressed that there was washing up detergent and tea towels. The bed was comfortable and a welcome refuge."

"The girl on the front desk was amazing for our stay polite and efficient in attending a bathroom matter when our room wasn’t serviced as requested. The shower didn’t stop from flowing through our bathroom we had to use towels to mop the floor and left them for the cleaning staff. We had to ask the girl for the room to be cleaned and she asked the staff to clean the room. Other than the bathroom the suite was great and good undercover parking. The outside garden and grass overgrown just like the rest of Canberra. Breakfast was good. "
"The motel is clean, well maintained and has easy access. Plenty on on-site parking. Staff are efficient and friendly. It is an older property but priced accordingly. Recommend."
"The Tall Trees motel in Ainslee is a hidden little gem close to Dickson (and the tram) It's a old, safe and quiet suburb with lots of greenery (plants, trees, green grass, well maintained properties). The staff are amazing, the facilities are great and they're renovating to make it even better. It's a quiet place for a perfect stay, short or long. I was there with my wife and we are definitely coming back again due to all the factors mentioned above."
