"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "Quarto muito confortável e limpo, comida boa, atendimento poderia ser melhor, às vezes não tinha ninguém para atender em algumas áreas do hotel. Instalações coletivas poderiam estar mais bem conservadas, aparentavam desgaste e falta de manutenção, a piscina coberta estava com água turva, aparentando estar suja, área de jogos com mesas de sinuca desgastadas e rasgadas. O restante muito bom, a área verde do hotel é muito bonita e tem várias atividades diferentes. "

"A piscina estava com o aquecimento excelente, já a jacuzzi estava com a temperatura baixa. Tentamos aumentar mais a mesma não alterava a temperatura. O quarto estava limpo. Só a cama que não achamos confortável, o colchão não fez com que tivéssemos uma noite de sono satisfatório. Nos demais tudo foi muito bom."

"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment...

"Incredible guest service! Solange was really helpful. It’s close to the major bus station and Uber takes 2 minutes to arrive. Delicious breakfast included and the rooms are clean and a nice size. The gym is pretty small and limited but you can still get a good workout in if you need. Highly recommend it! "
