Sim, tudo limpo, funcionários excelentes, educados, prestativos, piscinas externa ótimas, piscinas aquecidas são pequenas pelo tamanho do empreendimento, se tivesse mais uma ou mais umas ficaria perfeito, no quarto a situação crítica, as janelas com problemas, não conseguimos abrir, e mesmo que abrissem a tela estava toda danificada, como não gosto de ar condicionado tivemos que dormir sem nenhuma ventilação, pois à meia noite cansados, não pra chamar técnico pra consertar janelas, enfim acho que faltou respeito ao nos colocarem em um quarto sem manutenção adequada. Não tinha cofre também. A tomada do secador era de pino fino e não entrava o pino grosso do mesmo, fui a recepção e o técnico veio mediatamente e trocou, o grave mesmo foi o problema 😵‍💫 das janelas, ,😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫, fiquei muito decepcionada, pois não é a primeira vez neste hotel, gosto muito dele, mas, nunca imaginei isso, acho que antes de liberar um quarto deveria verificar se está tudo certo. Achei essa falha gravíssima.o resto é tudo excelente.

O primeiro quarto fedia mofo e o chuveiro não funcionava. Pedi pra trocar. O segundo não funcionava o ar condicionado. Quartos velhos e sem manutenção. Um dos piores que já fiquei.

Bom hotel.

Gosto bastante desse hotel, o café da manhã é um ponto de destaque, parabéns. Enorme variedade e quantidade de coisas. Os quartos são antigos, mas, espaçosos, as camas são boas, os travesseiros e as toalhas de banho precisão de uma atualizada. Não gosto da ideia de pagar a estadia no check-in, sou cliente antigo. Como viajo a trabalho certas vezes acontece de sair antes da data do check-out previamente determinada, aí não tem estorno, sai com carta de credito.

Muito decepcionado com hotel, fiquei hospedado por 14 dias e tive uma experciência terrível. Limpeza do banheiro, não foi realizada diversas vezes, roupa de cama mesmo suja também não foi trocada. Teve uma noite que precisei ligar na recepção para reclamar de barulhos às 02h da manhã no corredor. Condições desgastadas do quarto, teto mofado do banheiro entre outros problemas. Chuveiro completamente tomada de lodo, cobertor de qualidade baixa (pinica), cortina insuficiente - quarto claro, cama com problemas.

Moradores da cidade me falaram que este seria o melhor hotel de todos lá, mas o atendimento só foi bom mesmo durante o café da manhã que é bem servido e variado. As boas notícias acabam aí: os recepcionistas, principalmente do período noturno, não são gentis, os quartos estão com decoração muito ultrapassada e NÃO HÁ ferro de passar no quarto. Tivemos que pagar R$ 76,00 para passar 4 peças de roupas que em qualquer outro resort que já ficamos não gastaríamos nada. Um dos tobogã a da piscina estava interditado também.

Caro para a qualidade do quarto

O hotel precisa melhor as condições dos quartos, o meu desta vez estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo e a descarga do banheiro acionava sozinha a noite o que era bem inconveniente, e apesar de solicitar por duas vezes pea trocar de quarto nao fui atendido. As piscinas muito boas e limpas, o cafe da manhã bem servido e de qualidade.
