Most friendly, and helpful staff ever! The pousada is located right in the center of Morretes, and right next to the river. lots of restaurant options, all walking distance.

IKazu at the Front Desk was very helpful I wasn't getting good TV reception, but it was, as usual, Direct TV"s fault, any hotel I ever stayed at throughout the world that has Direct TV has the same problems-other wise stay was perfectamundo again!

Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying ...
