They harassed me about housekeeping, about my children, waited 9 days to charge me a fifty dollar fee and are very discriminating. Never again "

"The pool was dirty and inoperable (filter and pumps weren’t on) so we couldn’t get in. Staff was nice , room had a gym bag YMCA smell. Didn’t use the shuttle, and this hotel has 2 names fir the same building. "

"The refrigerator didn't work. There was no hot water. The sheets had burn holes in sheets in two room's. I switched room's and ended up in a room in the same condition with burn holes in the dirty sheets. The tub heads debris. Just an overall filth and unsanitary conditions. I wish i could be refunded "
