"There was no hot water. The hotel knew when I was checking in that there was no hot water and they didn’t share that. I came down two hours later and asked for a different room. They said the whole building was out, but the water would be hot by the morning. It was not. The hotel said that they would refund my money but still haven’t seen it. "

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and they had a meet n greet for the guests which was such a pleasant surprise. I love the emphasis on community and coming together. Great job! I would absolutely stay here again and i am already planning my next trip. "

"We ate the breakfast one morning. The coffee was empty and people were waiting. We waited 10 minutes and left. We went back another day for breakfast and once again the coffee pot was empty so we left and went somewhere else for breakfast. There were 2 coffee pots there so I don't know how you can't keep at least one filled."
