I asked him for an receipt and he informed me because I booked through Hotels.com, that I needed to get it through them to receive an receiptof my stay in whichI knew was untrue. Ive stayed at many Wyndham properties and they always give me an receipt. Then to asked for a $50 incidental fee for an room that is already dirty is diabolical.
