I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is my most favorite and best hotel in Tokyo! Staff are super friendly and they will help with laundry and luggage services. It was very convenient to have a washer+dryer combo unit in the room. Breakfast was pretty decent and reasonably priced. Rooms were comfortable. They added a surcharge for our 12 year old son but gave him his own bed.
