10/10 Excellent

"The staff were fantastic and despite being warned about building work we needn’t have worried. The food was good both for dinner and breakfast. The spa was especially nice. We were warned it would get busy by the very helpful member of staff but even when busy it was ok. We had a really lovely little break with great views of the lake. All in all worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful time."

"The hotel was very near all amenities The staff helpful and polite The dining room was very friendly and clean The hotel itself is a budget hotel and for what you get for what you pay is just fine The inside needs a bit of tLc but it’s handy for getting around Parking is on street parking Breakfast is accessible and hot Staff very friendly and helpful If you have disabilities with waking and taking stairs it will be somewhat difficult though they have rooms at ground level butt stairs to the front door"

"Several visits now. Staff and Food always excellent. The Steam Room in the Spa was Out of Order, which was a shame. I now mention it every time about the front door, it is so heavy and difficult to open. A motorised power door should be installed. Also, the state of the car park is atrocious. I don't care that it is a 3rd Party, It is bringing the hotel down."
