Morecambe hotel rooms a the Travelodge UK

"Room was spacious and clean. Staff were curious and helpful. Meals were plentiful and hot. The only problem was check-in. I am an amputee on crutches. I have a conformation email from the hotel where I had asked for a room with no stairs involved. I was first given room 214 which would have had me going up and down stairs. Problem was quickly resolved and I was given 222A"

"4 night break meeting up with friends. The staff were all friendly and proactively helpful. We did not use the spa, but parking was okay and the two 22kW EV chargers a welcome bonus. Location was perfect for town centre. Weather was wet for much of the time but we found plenty to do within a reasonable distance. Would happily stay here again."

"The indoor spa was great. Staff were awesome as well - really professional. Can imagine it's great when the outdoor spa is open and during the summer. Some of the negatives...breakfast could do with some improvements, the ingredients tasted low quality some of the cooking was questionable (fried eggs for example). The place had a general feel of getting refurbished so felt hard done by paying full price... Our room (28) smelt like drains and the view was blocked by scaffolding. Also some mold in the corner right by the window. "

"There is always a difficulty with noise at the Strathmore, this time there were people shouting and swearing right outside at 5 and 6am, it made a change from it happening inside the building but it is still so frustrating when I'm paying money to stay there and it gets spoiled by noisy individuals every time"
