"It was an amazing experience, the place was very clean and our room views were amazing"

"Room wasn't very clean, room was near lights on building, there was so many mosquitos inside the room and bathroom when we got there. We arrived late while the store was closing down that we just wanted to go to bed. Its true, it would be nice to allow them to fix the situation but we were just tired and needed a place to sleep and leave early in the morning. "

"My family truly enjoyed our stay. While we didn't get to the pool, we enjoyed the room, game room and interaction with staff. The game room could use an update, super cheap toys (like dollar store clearance). The pizza was not bad but not memorable. Michael and Julian were kind and professional. I would definitely recommend. Minor things: the building (mostly cosmetic) could use some work. There were bugs in the room but we figured that was from being so close to water. I would recommend treatment because I don't deal with bugs at home and don't want to while trying to sleep or take anything home with me. The staff were amazing and seemed to love being at work; minus the lady at the pizza place (name starts with a 'D'). She assumed I wasn't going to tip, staying several times while working through screens 'hit no tip'. With the exception of that interaction, work check-in so late, check-out should be at 11a at the earliest. "

"We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The property was clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, it felt like the resort cuts corners in ways that impact the overall guest experience, bringing it down to about a 3-star stay. Housekeeping never came to our room during our entire visit. We were also only given five pool towels for the duration of our stay and told we’d be charged if all five weren’t returned at checkout, with no easy way to refresh them. Our suite had a Keurig, but no coffee or creamer was provided. The on-site shops didn’t open until 8am, making it hard to grab coffee or breakfast if you’re trying to get an early start. Their closing hours also seemed inconsistent. The most frustrating part was the resort app showing the restaurant and grill as closed. We ordered DoorDash ($130), only to walk past the restaurant and see that it was actually open. Overall, the resort has potential, but the small cost-cutting details and inconsistencies take away from the experience"

"The elevator is either broken or just doesnt run at all ..We had to take the stairs to the 5th floor almost every time up and down..They run out of towels everyday its unbelievable..Lots of broken or stuff thats not working..I have stayed here before and had no problems thats why we came back..Obviously its going down hill..Check in took an hour and the parking lot is so hard to navigate ..Ladtly they never said the water park was under construction that made me really upset aswell.."
