He had a problem with a lot of noise from the street on our first night and the staff was very helpful and amenable to getting us transferred to a new room for the rest of our stay. The staff was extremely responsible on everything we needed."

"Best place to stay in Montreux. So easy toAccess the hotel from platform 1 and rooms are extra ordinary. Most rooms have the best view but the ones on the 5th floor, room 523 had spectacular views. Staff , food etc were great! "

"Walkable from the bus stop, but take note there's a flight of stairs (I counted about 78 steps) via the shortest route. There's also a luggage friendly slope, but it's a bit of a detour. Nice clean facility. Lights in the toilet and showers work on a timer. (press and countdown type) The shower light went off in the middle of my shower and I was plunged into pitch black darkness because there are no windows in the shower room. Thankfully I remembered roughly where the switch was.. Good standard breakfast, but I believe coffee was chargeable."
