"A lovely place ! Delightful and charming furnishings in the room, and throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. If it had not been rainy, we would have enjoyed the fabulous view of the lake and mountains from little balcony.

"Location was excellent! Room had a great lake view and was very comfortable. The only staff we encountered was at the front desk. She was great!
We could walk to and from the train station, BUT on the route we took we had go DOWN towards the lake and encountered a LOT of stairs to go down, which leads towards the lake, turned left at the bottom of the stairs then a few blocks to the hotel. Escalator is available on the return to train station, in lieu of the LOTS of stairs BUT only an UP escalator. We had only carryon luggage, so it was okay on the down part, but if we’d had larger luggage we would’ve gotten a taxi or ride share. Overall it was a great location. The promenade along the lake is spectacular! Would definitely book this hotel again!"
