"The pool was murky and the staff said they couldn’t reach the pool people the first day, the 2nd day they lied and said it had been cleaned when it clearly was not. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for bad food."

Hotel Universel Montreal
"Room 121 on first floor- impossible to sleep because of permanent loud noise. We found a huge air conditioner system was located right from external side of the wall of our room. We didn't realize during day time that there is a noise, but during the night it was extremelly loud and I haven't sleep ..."
