"I had a Queen suite with balcony. It was nice having a separate bedroom and kitchenette.There was no stove but there was a large refrigerator and a microwave, and a Keurig for fresh coffee and tea every day. Room service was excellent. The place was vacuumed and the floors mopped every other day and the bed was changed frequently. Fresh towels were available daily. The hotel also has a hot and cold buffet breakfast with everything you could want...scrambled eggs, sausage, potato patty, three types of cereals, yogurt, waffles, bagels, fruit salad, fruit."

My bathroom sink was broken but they fixed it and overall it was a comfortable place to stay for a few nights and the staff were attentive and responsive."

"My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at L'Appartement Hotel. The location is situated near the McGill metro station. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by young friendly staff and the check-in process was fast. Our room was on the 12th floor and was very clean. A plus was the included kitchenette, which is always useful. However, there was a small lapse in service as our room was not cleaned on the fourth day. The room felt a bit dated, I would personally suggest replacing the bathtub with a shower to refresh the space. That said, the overall facilities were really good, we really enjoyed the gym, the pool, and the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices."

"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond!
