We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). "The suite was beautiful, newly renovated, spacious, clean and had a stunning lake view with two balconies. The breakfast included a selection of coffees, brioche, ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. We would highly recommend this suite and hope to return."

"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to go here "
