Great location, 5 minutes from the train station. Spotless rooms, great Wi-Fi, and the best value, perhaps, in all of Switzerland. And just for cred, I have been to Europe more than 250 times, so I know hotels.

The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders around, always a bonus!

Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft direkt hinterm Bahnhof, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Gleisseite gehabt, trotz mancher Züge (kaum zu hören, da sie in dem Abschnitt nur sehr langsam rollen und Fenster sehr neu sind). Super Klimaanlage, angenehme Self-Service Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Ticino Ticket gratis auf Anfrage nach Vorausbezahlung des Gästebeitrages/Übernachtungssteuer. Das Beste - Badezimmer und Betten. Noch nie so bequem und günstig kurz vor der Hauptsaison am Lago Maggiore übernachtet. Ich komme wieder.

Online -Check-in scheiterte an einer Fehlermeldung beim Eingeben des Geburtsdatums. Zufall, dass ein Mitarbeiter da war, der mir die Tür öffnete. Mein Hinwris, dass die Software fehlerhaft ist, wurde nicht wirklich zur Kenntnis genommen, es hiess einfach, man könne beim Host der Plattform ja anrufen. Nicht hilfreich. Sonst alles okay, einzig eine Abdunkelung fürs Fenster fehlt

Sehr sauber, gut gelegen (ruhig, zentral, viele Parkplätze in der Nähe). Alles sehr effizient, kein Problem mit dem Self-Check-in. Man sollte nur beachten: es handelt sich um eine eine minimalistischen Unterkunft, deshalb auch der relativ günstige Preis. Und genau das zeigen ja auch die Bilder. Von daher: da ist natürlich nichts falsch dran, man muss nur daran denken, dass dies das Konzept des Hotels ist. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte übrigen in meinem Zimmer sehr gut - bei schwül-warmem Wetter eine Wohltat.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung und komfortabel. Die Lage ist gut – nahe am Meer und alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider kam es zu einem sehr unangenehmen Vorfall. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nur eine Nacht geblieben. Der Check-in verlief kontaktlos und zunächst problemlos. Im Nachhinein versuchte das Hotel jedoch, uns zusätzliche Kosten zu berechnen, mit der Begründung, der Schlüssel sei verloren gegangen. Ich habe diese Forderung klar zurückgewiesen und den Fall an die Buchungsplattform gemeldet, um mich entsprechend abzusichern. Gleichzeitig habe ich das Hotel aufgefordert, vollständige Nachweise vorzulegen – darunter Aussagen des Personals, Videoaufnahmen sowie Screenshots der Kommunikation zu diesem Vorfall. Später wurde vom Hotel behauptet, der Schlüssel sei im öffentlichen Lobbybereich gefunden worden. Diese Aussage widerspricht jedoch vollständig meiner Darstellung, da ich den Schlüssel eindeutig innen an der Zimmertür stecken gelassen habe. Für mich wirkt dies wie eine widersprüchliche und nicht nachvollziehbare Darstellung des Sachverhalts. Auffällig ist auch, dass das Hotel sich im Nachhinein entschuldigt hat. Möglicherweise hängt dies damit zusammen, dass ich die Forderung nicht einfach akzeptiert habe und den Fall offiziell über die Plattform gemeldet habe. In jedem Fall wurde die zusätzliche Forderung letztlich nicht weiterverfolgt. Bereits bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt gab es Unstimmigkeiten: Ich hatte nach dem Check-out ein teures

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einfacher Ablauf des Check-in und Check-out. Super Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und auch der See und die Altstadt sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Umgebung ruhig. Die Kissen sind leider sehr sehr dünn. Man hätte bestimmt drei Stück übereinander legen müssen, um eine normale Höhe zu erreichen - wirklich ein Hauch von nichts. Ausserdem haben irgendwelche Leitungen in der Zimmerwand die ganze Nacht unüberhörbar gegurgelt.

Super Aufenthalt

Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See. Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. Wie in einem gemütlichen Kaffee. Super Konzept. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ausserordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
