"Very good hotel with a fantastic view from the rooftop bar. Excellent location, round the corner from the main square. Rooms are fine, shower needs updating. Missed having tea and coffee in room. Would still recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "

"It’s a beautiful place but without modern amenities. It needs work and no where near to the 4 star hotel facilities. Was also charged for an extra cot which was already paid. Read instructions well after booking."

"The hotel is in a old manor house in a small village, located about halfway between Lucca and Pisa. It was hard to find when we first arrived. If you like peace and quiet in the countryside, then this location is ideal. There are a few restaurants on the main road between Lucca and Pisa, but their opening hours are unpredictable. The hotel staff is friendly and breakfast is adequate."

"Nice stay, strategically positioned between Pisa and Lucca. Need a car to reach the train station. Our stay was in Autumn and we didn't try the swimming pool"
