"The property is in a great location near the Duomo and leaning tower of Pisa. The terrace has a great view of the buildings and also has a very good restaurant. The rooms and hotel felt tired and since we went to the hotel in the first week of May, the air conditioning was not available. The room was warm even with the window open . The bed and pillows were just ok. Breakfast was very good. Large selection of food choices."

"We got a decent room and it was very spacious however overall the room had a really weird layout and it seemed like they had converted a form of balcony for the bathroom and the shower was extremely tiny. The bathroom was like 1st to sink in a shower room and then a toilet but then in order to get to the toilet you’d have to get your feet wet because the shower was just so tiny that there was water all over the floor, but other than that, the staff were friendly. It looks a bit dodgy from the outside but overall decent stay for a short break. I only stayed for one night."

"We thoroughly loved our trip to Pisa and this hotel. You couldn’t ask for a better located hotel to see all that Pisa has to offer. Our room was modest but more than adequate for the two of us. It could get noisy at night but that was mostly the other guests and not the hotels fault. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend!"
