The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture. "A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. "Great hotel in a great location. However, there are a few weird things that Americans will find very unusual one is they do not accept Apple Pay (when even the street vendors in Brazil do). Second it’s probably the worst Wi-Fi in a hotel I have ever used in Brazil. They probably don’t even try to improve it so if you work remote do not rely on the Wi-Fi. It’s absolutely hideous. The only thing that saved this hotel is the location, the breakfast and the staff Everything else is just not great, needless to say that I wouldn’t return. "
