"Great place to stay in NYC for a reasonable price. Reasonably priced parking garage next door. Subway extremely close walk. Two stops from Manhattan. Room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice hotel with complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. Great location, very close to Grand Central. The balcony that’s featured in many pictures is only accessible in certain rooms, not every guest has access to it. "

"The room was like a stylish apartment, had two bottles of water in the fridge, sofa bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping was friendly too. Someone was always there to open the entry door for you. Would have loved to have a few snacks and drinks in the room (would have been happy to pay!)"

"We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had at the Feather Factory. In a safe location with plenty of free street parking around the corner. The room was clean and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We were barely at the hotel but it served its purpose and was a great value relative to nearby hotel options."
