Very good hotel with a more than a thousand art collection all over the whole hotel! Stayed in the Club Lounge floor and the staff was friendly and helpful. Special mention to the Deputy manager of the club lounge who really took good care of us. Overall: Would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Mongkok.

I stayed 2 nights here Its a new hotel, the rooms are very nice. Housekeeping is excellent and very trustworthy. The staff is very professional and helpful. WIFI is lightning fast. The only knock i have to give on my stay and that's a big one is their breakfast. If I book including of breakfast and I ask reception where breakfast is served and they point at a pop-up table in the lobby, with the only things on there is ice tea in a pouch and Chocolate chips cookies i feel deceived when i booked...

Hotel was great. The beds were comfortable. Room was a bit bigger than what I expected from hotel room in Hong Kong. Wifi speed was great. TV selection needs more choices of English channels. Shower was a bit cramped and hard to get in if you have a wide waist area. Its a bit of a walk to the nearest MTR but if you are with family or friends, you won't notice the distance. There are a couple of local restaurants and bakery nearby.

Accessibility from the airport....the Bus A21 drops you off right at the doorstep of this hotel.
Accessibility to Mong Kok area, the street markets are all within 3 blocks from the hotel.
Restaurants, Shops and Money changes are all in the area
Rooms are decent size, but the square-ish layout maximizes the space.
The location is great.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and the laundry room was very convenient. The hotel is a bit far from the MTR (about 10min), but has a free shuttle bus to different places, which makes more than up for it.

My son got one breakfast free of charge. They also placed us in a serviced apartment on our 1st night which is very good since the hotel is fully-booked. The staff are nice and accommodating.
Since they knew we were 3 in the room, they could have provided the right number of towel, toothpaste and extra blanket sans me calling the front desk requesting them to be delivered in our room.

We were not able to locate the place immediately so you just have to remember it is at the 14th floor. Room was small but it's ok for two people. Anyway you won't need a big room coz you are out most of the time. Rest room is super clean with free shampoo and body wash. Also has hot and cold water so you can shower after a tiring day. Has free wifi and a nearby Pokestop. Location is also very good since it is near banks, shopping area and restaurant. Overall our stay was good.
