"This is perfect for families with small children ages 3-13. Took my 15 year old and adult children for Easter weekend. My teenager frequented the arcade while my adult children hung out at the bar. Not happy with the water park area. Seemed too cramped and stuffy where the cabanas were located. The layout seemed awkward. Having only one flight of stairs and one wheelchair ramp caused a bottleneck effect near the entrance. The outdoor hot tub area hidden at the back was so small it felt like it was built as an afterthought. Other than that, the Grand Bear Suites and food selection there was 10/10 highly recommend!"

"This is by far the best Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at. Top notch. The staff excellent, breakfast very good, room very comfortable, facilities wonderful. My only complaint, and this is really nit-picking, is that the towels could have been a bit nicer. They were the only thing that wasn’t on par with the rest of the hotel. That said, we’ll definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"Staff was wonderful, I think I inadvertently insulted one of the staff in the elevator, I am hard of hearing and misunderstood him, but he was still polite (my husband told me later). Please pass on my apologies to that very nice veteran. Our stay was great with a yummy breakfast!"
