The room was nice and the kitchenette and entertainment components were clean and modern. The entrance to the driveway needs a big sign where to turn. The number for the address is there but we ounch that into maps and need the hotel name there! The driveway is really skinny between other businesses. The staff was friendly . I had several questions and they answered them with a smile, but when I tried to use the TV in the fitness room on the first night and it didnt work and the same problem the next day in my room, neither front desk person knew what to do and instead of trying , the morning person said they’d put in a maintenance request..Of course I was checking out that day. I just felt like they didn’t bother to see if TVs were working in another room or an outage, or just me not knowing how to use the TV…

The room was neat and tidy and it was comfortable. All the staff that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful as well. It was a little difficult to find because it's not marked clearly from the main road with big signage. But once I found it we settled in and had a great night

The employee on shift when I checked in ( around if not later then 8 ‘o clock ) , I believe her name was Haley ( I’m not sure of her preferred spelling ) she was personable and friendly . The young lady whom took over the “ night shift “ on the other hand .. she said her name was “ Brittany “but I latter learned it’s Angelica . She had major unnecessary attitude and had a minor child at work with her 🤔 idk she just made the whole vibe feel ghetto . Definitely wasn’t good energy .

The room was large perfect for more than two people sharing a room. Everyone staying at the hotel and the staff were friendly. The property is off the main road which was nice since that part of WA is a little rough.

The room was clean and accessible. The bed was a bit squeaky, and there was a droning noise outside the window all night long (not sure of the source). The staff was cordial and clear on the hotel rules. We were surprised by a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee on top of the individual pet charge. Not sure if we missed something somewhere, but it felt kind of sudden and wish we had known prior. The hotel entrance was kind of difficult to find as well, with it being tucked back from the road and with minimal signage. Also, the TV was fairly limited in terms of which channels worked, if that's your thing.
