Exceptionally basic. Like you get towels, a bar of soap, and shampoo. There was a kitchen in my room with completely empty cupboards. Several little things I expected weren't present. Clean, safe, modern, but basic. Decent for the price.

Bathroom counter was dirty, the sink doesn't drain well. The floor in the whole room was dirty with dog hair. I suggest they get vacuums that can run on the hard floors instead of a broom that just pusses the dirt around and plows the hair balls. Bed was clean.

Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left. Thinking someone should be at the desk when the coffee and breakfast items are out.

I love the kitchen in the rooms and the re model. Was a little inconvenient with rooms moving and parking. I don't like that the price has raised so high it's become unaffordable at times I just sleep in my car instead. Inflation is out of control and as often as we rent rooms I feel like we are being overcharged we the customer (regulars) pay into the upgrades Everytime we stay here. Also breakfast in the bare minimal and always running out of instant food it's not even hot and for the price please do better.

Would recommend staying on top floor. Very loud. We were on second floor and it sounded like the person above us was running around all night long. Hard to sleep if you are seeking a quiet stay. Location is convenient and right off the freeway. Also had Jack in the Box and 711 within walking distance. You are able to request more supplies for kitchen, however very limited. And no sponge and only provided two little packets of dish soap. Would suggest bringing your own. Unusual situation regarding bath towels, required to trade used towels to get fresh bath towels. Even with multiple people staying multiple nights. Unsure if we would stay again.

I liked the location of the property. It was close to the hospital that I needed to be near. However, the property advertises that breakfast is served as well as full kitchens in each unit. Well it is true that my room had a full kitchen, there was not one single utensil, dish, pan, no coffee pot. Absolutely nothing. It was a completely empty kitchen. Therefore, what's the point in paying for a kitchen? I did have the opportunity to ask the front desk person about that. They said oh you were supposed to receive dishes when you checked in. Well I did not receive anything. So that person gave me a bucket of dishes. However, there were no pots or pans to cook anything with so the dishes were also useless. As far as breakfast being served? They have tiny little Otis spunkmeyer, pre-wrapped muffins and a thing of coffee out in the check-in lobby. That is it Apparently the staff also is not interested in enforcing any kind of quiet time. The person above me was extremely loud as well as the people next to my unit. Nobody seems to care about respecting other people's quiet times in the middle of the night or early mornings. If you want a place to stay in Tumwater that is near the hospital, this would probably be the closest place. But don't expect to get everything that you pay for
