"The property was not as advertised.
- cobwebs everywhere! Upon entry, I walked into multiple cobwebs. The place was dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.
- both patio decks were filthy. They were so dirty that they were unusable. Especially the grill.
- The house was extremely hot! Both upstairs and downstairs were like a furnace. Even with opening doors and windows, it was an oven. Do not come here, especially in the summer.
-Towels were dirty with dust marks on...

"My husband and I stayed at Ottos Chalet for our wedding anniversary. Property was so stunning and the home was spotless. Location is convenient and close to everything you need. We loved the fact parking was private and easy to access (can fit 2 vehicles). On top of that service was amazing and staff on the phone were friendly. Husband and I are already planning our next visit. "

"Our stay here was wonderful! The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious, with everything kept extremely clean. I loved that it came stocked with really good shampoos, plus a microwave and refrigerator, which made things super convenient. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our kids had a blast jumping in the pool, which was a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place—I definitely recommend staying here!"
