We had a wonderful time at this property. The place is well maintained and the staff is fantastic. They have great amenities for the entire family. We definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a 5 star stay that is reasonably priced and near all the main attractions within the town. David the general manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with all of our needs.

This place is extremely nice and in the perfect location right in the village. Spectacular huge condo style accommodations and everything was high end and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property itself is beautiful. Definitely recommend!!!

The property and the rooms were top notch! Beautifully decorated and clean. Our only problem was the elevator was not working, the stairs are all outdoors, it was raining and we were on the third floor.

The property and suite was amazing. A little luxury in the mountains. Everyone was very friendly. We were steps away from the heart of the village, making meals super convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and kept at a great temp.

One of the best properties we stayed at during our 6 weeks touring the US. Property is gated and gives a sense of security. Reception staff were polite, friendly and provided a property map which was helpful. We loved that we got our own secure parking garage. Our accommodation was spacious, well cooled and spotless. The kitchen was impressive and they provided all necessary cooking utensils etc. My husband was particularly pleased to see we had a bathtub as well as a shower. Our balcony got the morning sun and overlooked the gardens. I would highly recommend this property which is also within walking distance of village shops and eateries.

I’ve been vacationing up in big Bear for the last 20 years and this is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. All of the staff at the entire property were incredibly helpful. The rooms are incredible.I thought that the small storage garage in the carport was very convenient for storing all of the items needed for the lake. Before checking out on our last day, we already booked our next vacation here the following month and are so looking forward to coming back.

The property is beautiful. Always clean and well kept. The staff is top notch and always make us feel welcome. The kitchen is useful, could use a few more utensils and a cookie sheet, not just a pizza tray. Other than that, the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious (for Big Bear) and it’s very quiet. The best part is once you park, everything is pretty much walking distance.
