"Very small village with this hotel. Quiet."

"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. If you dont speak italian the majority of staff spoke...

Wir waren im Rosen Zimmer, es war schoen eingerichtet, sehr zauber und gepflegt, historische charmant mit modernem Komfort, Klima usw. wir haben extra eine Weinprobe gemacht und genossen, Wein und Olivenoel vom hohen qualitaet. Abends und morgens im schoenen Garten zu verweilen ist ein muss! Man merkt, dass dieses Haus ein Familienhaus Haus ist und mit Herz und Liebe geleitet...

"Amazing property and the best host we have had in all of our travels. The room was beautiful and we had access to a lovely common space kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect as well. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"
