Hôtel convenable pour une nuit, la climatisation était impossible à régler, il faisait beaucoup trop chaud. Il faut savoir que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking privé, il faut se garer dans la rue en espérant trouver de la place et payer le parcmètre. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et le personnel très accueillant.

La struttura dall'esterno sembrava invitante, la stanza però non era pulita per niente bene (magari è capitato). Per raggiungere le stanze si fa un po' confusione, il personale gentile e disponibile.

Lage in der Stadt war super. Das Zimmer könnte mal ein bisschen Renovierung vertragen. Aber das Badezimmer war super, denn das wurde bereits erneuert. Als wir ankamen war das Zimmer recht schmutzig. Auf Bitte wurde es noch mal etwas gereinigt. Ansonsten kann man nichts schlechtes sagen. Frühstück war auch ganz gut.

Alla reception ci sono due ragazze, una di nome Andrea molto sgarbata e acida, consiglierei ai proprietari di prendere seri provvedimenti, perché così facendo perderanno clienti, l'altra di nome Nadia, che è proprio l'opposto, molto gentile educata e disponibile, anche il personale che abbiamo incontrato per la colazione è molto gentile, persino le ragazze delle pulizie sono gentili, l'unica pecca è questa Andrea, consiglio vivamente al titolare di prendere provvedimenti. La struttura è abbastanza pulita, ben posizionata in quanto è vicino alla stazione, all'incirca 7 minuti a piedi. Ci torneremo, sperando di non incontrare Andrea, anche perché l'abbiamo vista parlare con turisti stranieri, ed anche con loro è stata sgarbata.

Hotel dignitoso a pochi passi dal centro, parcheggio in strada nei pressi della struttura a pagamento 3,50 euro giorno,colazione risicata con poca scelta, in 10 minuti a piedi sì raggiunge la funiculare per salire su Montebello alto .

Gerne wieder.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Zimmer etwas klein, aber gemütlich. Frühstück jeden Tag das gleiche und sehr kleine auswahl. Aber reicht vollkommen und bei dem Preis verständlich. Zimmerservice ist top. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Ne pas hésiter à demander le parking à l'hôtel pour 3.50 euros par jour. Ménage effectué tous les jours, une bonne odeur dans la chambre quand on rentre.... Les serviettes changées à la demande, peignoir à disposition.... Proche des centres d'intérêts, du centre ville où l'on trouve une restauration à tous les prix. Montecatini termes est idéalement situé pour visiter Pise, Florence, Sienne.... Prendre le funiculaire pour aller à Montecatini Alto, là haut la vue est magnifique. J'ajouterai que le personnel est très serviable et à l'écoute.
