"Our recent stay at the Norton House Hotel & Spa, from July 16th to 20th, traveling all the way from Canada, was nothing short of exceptional, and several key aspects truly stood out, making it an unforgettable experience.

Whether it was the front desk team, the restaurant servers, or the spa attendants, every interaction was met with a helpful attitude and a welcoming smile. Our room, located in the west wing, was a haven of comfort and tranquility. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, the pathway to the airport itself could be in better condition and better signposted - there are no clearly indicated pedestrian crossings so one has to drag the bags through rough pavements and jump in before cars to cross."
