"Hotel Nikko in Osaka was incredible. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed busy every day we were there, but the staff does a great job at moving lines for check-in and help quickly.
Very close to the train station (across the street) and walkable to some of the main attractions in Osaka, including Dotonbori. There are premium shops nearby, including a mall across the street.
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We traveled with our nine year old son and they even included a robe for him, which was a nice touch.
If you are traveling to Osaka, Hotel Nikko is one of the best options out there. We really enjoyed our short stay in Osaka in part because of our great experience at Hotel Nikko."

"Hotel location is very central to things with an AEON supermarket just a block away.and a 7/11 a couple of shops away and nipponbashi station is only 7 mins walk. "
"Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind. "
