"Wonderful hotel. Staff was great and the rooms were clean in a great location, right across the street from the main park and zocalo. The only issue was that the Internet was spotty at times and would be unavailable for short periods which is typical with hotels in older building. "

"I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience! "

"When we arrived at night the internet was very slow and not acceptable. We complained and they redid their entire internet, routers and all the following morning increasing speed by 70 times! Never seen that before!!!"
