"Staff were helpful and clear Good shampoo and hand cream! Parking available. Sturdy bed. Nice Rooms. Surroundings are very noise expect to wake up in the middle of the night. No AC, only Fan. If you are tourist do expect much from Breakfast buffet. I Don’t recommend the Coffee to anyone, yet they don’t provide Kettle, only microwave in lobby."

"Al principio me pareció terrible. El día que llegué, el baño estaba sucio y no tenían shampoos ni Kleenex. Las toallas, la ropa de cama y otros enseres son todos viejos y desgastados. La cama incómoda y el AC apenas funciona. La zona es fea (obviamente), aunque está bien conectada. Mi calificación sería solo mala si no fuera porque el staff lo salva todo. La camarista fue súper atenta; me tendía la cama con mucho cuidado y me dejaba agua y cositas; las recepcionistas tienen muy buena disposición y ayudan mucho, las cocineras cocinan delicioso. El desayuno es sencillo, pero muy rico porque las señoras tienen buen sazón. En conclusión, el hotel tiene muchas fallas, pero su personal lo salva todo. Sí volvería: de todos modos tampoco hay muchas opciones mejores por ahí."

"For context, we live in CDMX so this was a local overnight for us. In addition to a very friendly staff and charming and rustic property features, Casa Jacinta is also blissfully free of street noise and has AC! It is an older property so you will likely hear other guests. Very walkable to Coyoacán Centro. We would definitely stay again! "
